Here’s how a Flexible Closing might look:

• Any documents that can’t be signed electronically or require notarization are sent via overnight mail or secure email.

• We’ll then schedule a secure video conference. Your Realtor and loan officer are welcome to join.

•  During the session, a notary public verifies identities and oversees the signing of all necessary documents.

• Once signed, documents are returned to the Security Title & Escrow office managing your transaction. We finalize disbursements, begin e-recording, and promptly email copies to all parties for their records.

• With the right technology and teamwork, we make remote closings easy, secure, and stress-free.
