We know that in real estate, flexibility is everything. That’s why we proudly offer off-site closing services — at your client’s home, office, or even their favorite coffee shop.

Here's how a Flexible Closing works:

• Documents that can’t be signed electronically are sent securely via overnight mail or encrypted email.

• We then schedule a secure video consultation to walk through documents together. Realtors and loan officers are encouraged to join.

• A certified notary will verify IDs and legally witness all required signatures via secure video.

• Once complete, documents are returned to the Security Title & Escrow office managing your file. We’ll handle final disbursement, initiate e-recording, and email copies directly to the clients.
